ASH Club Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully as they outline important information regarding your rights and responsibilities as a user, including limitations and exclusions applicable to all transactions and activities conducted within ASH CLUB. 

By registering, using the services, or clicking “agree” to accept these Terms and Conditions, you, the "Users", acknowledge and accept the contents of this agreement and agree to be bound by it, as well as by any announcements, policies, and measures set forth by Ash Asia International Co., Ltd. Such announcements form part of this agreement and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Additionally, some services offered through the platform may be subject to specific additional terms, and your use of such services will be governed by those additional terms, which shall be deemed a part of this agreement.

  1. Definitions

1.1 "Agreement" or "Terms and Conditions" refers to this set of terms and conditions. 

1.2 "Advertising" or "Ads" refers to advertisements created by sponsors to promote their goods or services via the platform, without offering product or service redemption to users. 

1.3 "ASH CLUB" or "Application" or "Program" or "Platform" refers to the mobile application used for communication and service provision to ASH Club members in the form of a loyalty program called "ASH CLUB", owned by ASH. Currently, the platform is developed by Buzzebees Co., Ltd. ("Buzzebees"), and includes any systems or future platforms developed for mobile devices connected to the ASH Club platform. 

1.4 "Badge" refers to a virtual social status award created by sponsors, which users earn through check-ins at sponsor locations or other designated activities. Once earned, users may receive rewards set by the sponsor. 

1.5 "ASH" refers to Ash Asia International Co., Ltd., which holds no less than 20% of the paid-up capital in any entity, whether directly or indirectly. 

1.6 "Campaign" refers to promotional activities announced by sponsors on the application, allowing users to redeem rewards within the campaign’s timeframe, subject to these terms. 

1.7 "Points" refer to points users earn through application usage, which can be redeemed for rewards under campaigns created and announced by sponsors. 

1.8 "Rewards" refer to products, goods, vouchers, gifts, or services that users can receive, as announced in campaigns or associated with badges created by sponsors. 

1.9 "Service" refers to all services provided within ASH Club or the program, including but not limited to campaigns, advertisements, badges, and any other services offered within the application or program. 

1.10 "Sponsor" refers to individuals or entities who create and announce campaigns, badges, ads, or any marketing activity to promote their products or services on the platform, and agree to provide goods, gifts, vouchers, or coupons to users. The term also includes business partners as defined in ASH CLUB's Privacy Policy. 

1.11 "System" refers to the information system or network of ASH CLUB, including databases, website functionality, and program operations. 

1.12 "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses ASH CLUB, whether registered as a member or not. 

1.13 "Website" or "Platform" refers to the website or platform owned by ASH. 

1.14 "Computer" refers to any device or computer that can access the ASH Club program in any capacity, as described in these terms. 

1.15 "Developer" refers to the developer managing the ASH Club application on behalf of and as instructed by ASH (currently Buzzebees Co., Ltd.).

 

  1. General Provisions

Ash Asia International Co., Ltd. has established ASH CLUB, including the platform and website displayed on mobile devices or mobile applications, as a channel for communication and service provision to ASH Club members (referred to as "Users"). These services include membership registration, checking available and expiring points, updating personal member information, redeeming rewards and coupons, reviewing promotional campaigns from Ash Asia Group, sponsors, or business partners, and exchanging accumulated points for rewards. Additional purposes may be determined by ASH at a later time.

2.1 This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and ASH.

2.2 To use ASH CLUB, the User must not be legally incapacitated or quasi-incapacitated and must not have been previously banned or suspended from using the services by ASH. Each User may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, ASH reserves the right to cancel or suspend the User’s account. If the User is a minor under the age of 20, the service must be appropriate for their status, and parental consent is required. For minors under 10 years old, parental consent is always mandatory.

2.3 All content published by sponsors on the application, website, or platform, regardless of format, is solely the responsibility of the sponsors. The User acknowledges that all content accessed through the services is at their own risk, and the User shall be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by themselves or others due to such content.

2.4 The User agrees to use ASH Club application, services, or activities on ASH Club application for personal purposes only and not for business or commercial purposes of any kind.

2.5 ASH reserves the right to suspend the User’s access to the application, website, platform, or services (whether in whole or in part), and to prevent the User from redeeming rewards without providing reasons or prior notice.

2.6 ASH may offer services to Users through Line, the platform, or other channels. When using services through third-party websites, platforms, or programs such as Line, the User may be required to agree to and comply with the third party’s terms and conditions of use.

2.7 Sponsors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to advertising, campaigns, rewards, and/or services, and for ensuring that the necessary legal conditions are met. ASH disclaims any responsibility for any loss, liability, cost, fee, expense, fine, or damages incurred by Users or others as a result of non-compliance with such laws and regulations, with the sponsor solely liable for any such issues.

 

  1. Account: Registration and Cancellation

3.1 Users are not required to register an account to browse the application or use certain services. However, to be eligible for points and status used for redeeming rewards, and to access specific services reserved for registered users, users must register an account.

3.2 During the registration process, users must use their Facebook, Line, or Apple ID, along with an up-to-date email address or phone number, to register. Users may also provide additional information voluntarily. Changes to this information can be made by the user through the "Profile" menu in the application. Please refer to the Privacy Policy section for further details regarding user information updates.

3.3 As part of the registration process, users are required to create a password for accessing their account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and is encouraged to change it regularly. Users agree that any person using their disclosed username and password to access services (and/or conduct transactions) via the application, website, or platform is considered their authorized representative. The user will be liable for any damages resulting from the failure to keep their password confidential.

3.4 Users must register using their personal email and phone number, which must remain in regular use. This allows ASH to send confirmation emails or One-Time Passwords (OTP) for identity verification. If a user registers with another person’s email or a temporary email, ASH reserves the right to deactivate the account without prior notice. ASH may also require re-verification if it believes that the user’s email or phone number is not functional.

3.5 When ASH receives user data, including personal information such as a phone number or email address from the registration or use of the ASH Club application, ASH will share this information with the developer for processing, identity verification, and providing services to the user via the application. ASH reserves the right to decline registration or terminate accounts at any time.

3.6 By registering, users explicitly consent to ASH using their data for purposes related to providing services, such as discounts, coupons, and marketing communications from sponsors, as well as for statistical purposes. Users acknowledge that they have been given the option to choose whether or not to receive promotional information.

3.7 ASH reserves the right to terminate a user's account without prior notice. In such cases, all points earned or accumulated by the user will be automatically forfeited, with no compensation or restitution provided.

3.8 Accounts with no accumulated points or no login activity for a period of six (6) months will be considered inactive and will be terminated. Any points accrued in such accounts will also be forfeited.

3.9 Accounts may be terminated if ASH finds that the user has posted content that violates laws, public order, or good morals, or content that causes damage to national institutions, religion, or the monarchy.

3.10 Registration, user consent, and the redemption of rewards on the ASH Club application require the user to provide a valid and up-to-date phone number or email address. This is necessary for sending OTPs via SMS to the user’s phone or email for identity verification and for ensuring the security of the user’s information.

 

  1. Points and Rewards Redemption

4.1 Points and Earning Points
(1) Users will earn points from using services through the ASH Club application, which can be used to redeem rewards and benefits under campaigns set by the sponsors.
(2) Points cannot be transferred between users under any circumstances. However, ASH may allow point transfers with fees as specified by ASH.
(3) Points are not legal tender and have no inherent monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
(4) The services and points are created for the user's personal enjoyment only. In the event of a system failure or an issue with the ASH Club application that results in the loss of database information, data, or points, the user explicitly agrees to release ASH from any liability for lost points, regardless of the circumstances. The decision of ASH regarding points is final, and users agree to accept this decision without dispute.
(5) Each point is valid for two years from the date it was earned. Points that expire and are not redeemed will lose their value and will be removed from the user's account. ASH is not obligated to notify users about expiring points or the date or quantity of points that will expire.
(6) ASH reserves the right to cause user points to expire at any time without prior notice.
(7) ASH reserves the right to adjust the rate or number of points required for redeeming rewards or other conditions related to redemption without prior notice or the user’s consent.
(8) Users warrant that all information provided to ASH via the ASH Club application or platform is accurate and complete, particularly regarding their mobile number or email address, which must remain valid.
(9) Before conducting any transactions through the platform, users must verify their name, membership number, and accumulated points, as displayed on the application or platform and in emails sent to the user's registered email address or other personal contact information provided by the user.
(10) Users must review the terms and conditions for benefits, including participation in various activities displayed on the application or platform before claiming benefits or joining activities through the application or platform.
(11) When redeeming points through the application or platform, the redeemed points will be deducted from the user's available balance immediately and cannot be refunded. Users can review their point redemption history in the "Point Usage History" menu.

4.2 Campaigns and Rewards
(1) Sponsors create and announce campaigns on the application, platform, or program, allowing users to redeem rewards as determined by each sponsor. Each campaign may have additional specific terms or conditions, which users are responsible for understanding. ASH shall not be liable if users misunderstand the content or conditions of any campaign.
(2) Once a user submits a redemption request for a campaign created by a sponsor, the system will verify whether the user has sufficient points to redeem the reward. If the redemption is confirmed, the system will send a confirmation of the redemption to the sponsor to facilitate the delivery of the reward.
(3) Once a redemption request is submitted, it cannot be canceled, and no points will be refunded for any reason. In cases where the sponsor fails to deliver the reward, users must contact the sponsor directly (not ASH).
(4) When a user redeems a reward by using points with a sponsor through the application, platform, or program, the user is engaging in a direct transaction with the sponsor, not ASH. ASH acts only as an intermediary, providing a platform for users and sponsors to conduct transactions. Therefore, ASH is not responsible for any transactions between the user and the sponsor, and the user agrees to release ASH from any claims arising from the campaign or actions of the sponsor.
(5) Users may redeem rewards and have the reward delivered to someone other than themselves at an address different from their own. For certain campaigns, users may have the option to receive rewards at a specific location or address designated by the sponsor or by mail. Users must specify and choose their preferred delivery method according to the sponsor's terms.
(6) ASH does not guarantee the accuracy of any content or campaigns displayed on the application, platform, website, or service, and has no obligation to verify the content, services, or campaigns. However, ASH reserves the right to remove, suspend, modify, or change any content or campaign at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
(7) Some campaigns may offer "On-Spot Redemption," allowing users to redeem rewards immediately at specified locations, such as stores, restaurants, or points of sale designated by the sponsor. Additional specific terms and conditions may apply to such campaigns.
(8) ASH will use reasonable efforts to ensure that services are available at all times, but ASH does not guarantee any specific level of service availability and shall not be held liable for any losses incurred during service interruptions.
(9) If users engage in transactions with sponsors and disputes arise concerning the rewards (products, services, or coupons) redeemed by the user, ASH will not be responsible for the rewards. ASH is merely an intermediary and point controller.
(10) ASH reserves the right to adjust or change the number of points (whether increasing or decreasing from the initially announced points) required for each reward or campaign at any time without prior notice.
(11) ASH has the right to cancel a redemption request at any time due to printing errors by the user or unforeseen errors resulting in the redemption request or campaign being displayed incorrectly. In the event of such cancellation, ASH will return the full points to the user. However, no refunds will be issued in cash under any circumstances.

4.3 Delivery
(1) Once the system confirms the redemption and deducts the points from the user's account, ASH will send a confirmation of the redemption to the sponsor, who will then deliver the reward to the user.
(2) Rewards will only be delivered to addresses within Thailand, and users must ensure that the address provided is correct and valid.
(3) Users will receive rewards directly from the sponsor, not from ASH. The rewards will be delivered to the name and address specified by the user during the redemption process.
(4) ASH is not responsible for any discrepancies in the product, sample, or reward delivered to the user compared to what was displayed in the campaign, including incorrect or different colors or damaged items.
(5) ASH does not guarantee the quality, safety, characteristics, or attributes of the rewards redeemed by the user.
(6) In the event of delivery or reward issues, users must contact the sponsor who created the campaign directly. Users will receive the sponsor's contact information during the redemption process. ASH recommends that users keep the sponsor’s contact information for reference.

4.4 Taxes
Transactions related to campaigns are direct transactions between the sponsor and the user. Therefore, users acknowledge and agree that receiving rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, such as withholding taxes, stamp duties, or value-added taxes.




  1. Ranks and Badges

5.1 Rank or Status
(1) Upon registration with ASH, users will receive a virtual social rank at the "Initial" level or any other designation as determined by ASH. Users are required to use services or participate in various activities on the website or program to either advance their rank or maintain their current rank.
(2) The qualifications or conditions for each rank may depend on factors such as the number of accumulated points, the number of badges received, and the number of friends invited by the user. ASH will determine these qualifications or conditions at its sole discretion and reserves the right to change, modify, or update these qualifications or conditions without prior notice.

5.2 Badges
(1) Badges are rewards that users earn by checking in at different locations or by completing activities or tasks as determined by sponsors or ASH.
(2) Once a badge is unlocked or received, users typically have the right to receive rewards or benefits as specified by the sponsor or ASH for that badge, subject to the terms and conditions set for each badge.

 

  1. Privacy Policy

ASH respects the privacy rights of its users and understands that users wish for the highest security when conducting transactions through the ASH Club application. Therefore, any information received from users will primarily be used solely for the purposes intended by the users. ASH will implement strict measures to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized use of the information without the user's consent. The Privacy Policy outlined in this application applies to users' ASH Club accounts and the information provided to ASH. Users may also review ASH's data protection details under the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

6.1 Collection of Personal Information
(1) For the convenience of all users, ASH requires some necessary personal information, such as email, name, address, postal code, or phone number. Users are required to provide mandatory information (Required Information) to allow the system to proceed. In certain cases, identity verification may be required to redeem discounts or rewards, and users will need to provide necessary personal information, such as a national ID number.
(2) When registering for membership or to redeem rewards, ASH may request additional personal information from users, such as gender, age, preferences, interests, or shipping addresses for rewards.
(3) To improve its services, ASH may also collect other information, including IP address, browser type, domain name, webpage visits, access times, and referring websites. This data is collected to enhance ASH's services or for marketing purposes, in which case ASH may seek users' consent beforehand.
(4) Users should be aware that the application, website, or platform may contain advertisements linking to other websites. These third-party websites may have privacy policies different from ASH CLUB's. ASH encourages users to review the privacy policies of any linked sites, as ASH does not guarantee or take responsibility for the content or operations of those sites.
(5) ASH may collect personal information directly or indirectly from other sources, such as CCTV footage, vehicle details, and other behavior patterns. ASH also gathers information like user visits, frequency, and time spent on the app or website.

6.2 Use of Personal Information
(1) Users have the right to privacy regarding their personal information. ASH will not disclose information related to users' ASH Club accounts to third parties, except authorized ASH personnel or as required by law.
(2) ASH will use users' personal information to provide services, improve its offerings, and contact users for identity verification, promotions, news, and surveys related to ASH Club activities. ASH may share personal information with third parties processing data for specific purposes under these terms. ASH may also engage contractors or agents to provide services or assist in delivering products or services to users, which may include sharing personal data with IT providers, cloud storage services, marketing agencies, etc.
(3) ASH will not sell or disclose users' personal data to third parties without the users' consent, unless required by law, court order, or authorized officers, or necessary to fulfill the terms and conditions.
(4) This application requests access to your location information to provide location-based services, such as finding nearby branches or displaying location-relevant content. Sharing your location is voluntary, and you can enable or disable this permission anytime in your device settings. Your location data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

6.3 Access and Modification of Users' Information
(1) Users can review and modify their personal information at any time by logging into their ASH Club accounts.
(2) Even after an ASH Club account is closed, ASH will retain user information in compliance with legal obligations, primarily for fraud investigation purposes. However, ASH will no longer use the closed account's information or disclose it, except for legal or investigative purposes.

6.4 Use of Cookies and Cache Files
(1) "Cookies" are small data files sent to users' computers to allow ASH to store information about users' website activity. Once users log into their ASH accounts on the website, cookies will be activated to store login details. Once logged out or the web browser is closed, these cookies expire.
(2) ASH may use information stored in cookies for statistical analysis or other activities to improve services.
(3) Users acknowledge that web browsers or mobile applications may store and record "Cache Files" and personal information. ASH has no control over such files, and therefore, will not be responsible for how third-party browsers or applications use users' personal data.

6.5 Updates to the Privacy Policy
ASH reserves the right to modify or amend its Privacy Policy without prior notice to ensure appropriate and effective service delivery. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly when accessing the application, website, or redeeming rewards.

  1. Use of the Application

7.1 ASH will make reasonable efforts to correct errors as quickly as possible after receiving a notification of such errors. However, ASH does not guarantee that the services or the website will be error-free, and ASH shall not be held liable for any errors, including the loss of users' points. In case of errors, users can report the issue via the "Help Chat" menu in the ASH APPLICATION.

7.2 ASH does not guarantee that the use of the service, system, or website will be uninterrupted, nor does it guarantee that any information (or messages) transmitted via the service, application, or website will be transmitted without error or delay.

7.3 ASH does not guarantee that the services, application, or website will be free from computer viruses or any other harmful technology.

7.4 Access to the application, website, and/or services may occasionally be restricted for reasons of maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. ASH will use reasonable efforts to restore access to the application, website, and/or services as soon as possible. However, ASH is not responsible for system operations dependent on browsers or programs of sponsors or third parties. ASH may delete any information or campaigns from the application, website, and services at any time.

7.5 ASH reserves the right to block access and/or modify or delete any content that ASH deems to be in violation of this agreement.

7.6 The use of any information or media on the application or website is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.

7.7 Users can download the application from the App Store for Apple devices or from the Play Store for Android devices, or through other channels as determined by ASH. However, ASH will not be responsible for any damage or malfunction of users' mobile devices resulting from the installation of the software on their devices.

7.8 ASH is not responsible for any content posted in public spaces by users, such as forums, pages, chat rooms, or other public areas on the website or program. ASH has no obligation to verify, review, or approve content posted by users or other users. However, ASH reserves the right to remove any content posted by users in public spaces without prior notice if ASH deems, or reasonably suspects, that the user has engaged in the following behavior: (1) Defaming, harassing, threatening, stalking, or otherwise violating the rights of others; (2) Posting, distributing, or disseminating defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or illegal content or information; (3) Uploading files that contain viruses, incomplete files, or software or programs that may damage ASH Club services and/or third-party computer systems/networks; or (4) Violating the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of ASH or third parties, under Thai law or international law.

 

  1. Advertising

8.1 ASH may display advertisements in various locations on the application, website, platform, or within the program or other areas while the user is using the service.

8.2 Users have the freedom to choose whether to click and view the advertised products or services, according to their discretion.

8.3 Personal information (such as name, address, email, or phone number) will not be used to display advertising content. However, affiliated companies may install or recognize "cookies" on the user's web browser (please refer to the privacy policy in section 3). These "cookies" will not store personal information or link to the user's personal data. If users would like more information on this practice and how to opt-out of data usage by any company, please refer to the privacy policy regarding this matter ("Cookie Policy").

  1. Indemnification and Compensation

The User agrees to indemnify and hold ASH harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, and expenses incurred by ASH as a result of:

9.1 Any claims or legal proceedings brought against ASH by any party as a result of:

(1) The User's use of the application, website, or platform.

(2) The use of the application, website, or platform using the User's password.

9.2 The User's breach or violation of any terms of this agreement.

  1. Force Majeure

ASH shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the performance of its obligations due to force majeure events such as fire, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government interventions, strikes, labor issues, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond ASH's control.

  1. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Release from Liability

11.1 Disclaimer

(1) Unless explicitly provided by law, ASH does not owe any special relationship or duty of trust to the user. The user acknowledges that ASH does not have control over which users access the services, what content users will receive from using the services, how that content might affect users, or what actions users will take based on the content they receive.

(2) The services may include or link the user to other websites containing information that might be deemed inappropriate. Therefore, ASH cannot guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of the content that appears or can be accessed through the services, and ASH will not be held liable for the accuracy, copyright claims, legality, or appropriateness of the content displayed or accessed via the services.

(3) The application, website, platform, services, and content are provided “as-is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

(4) ASH, including its directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, and partners, makes no warranties that:

(a) The services, application, website, or platform will be secure or accessible at all times and locations.

(b) Any defects will be corrected.

(c) The user will achieve the expected satisfaction from the use of the services.

(d) The user will receive rewards from sponsors, or if received, the rewards will meet the color, quality, quantity, or features as advertised by the sponsors in the campaigns.

The user assumes all risks arising from using the website, services, system, and content.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

ASH will not be liable for the loss of points, income, profits, reputation, business opportunities, data errors, or any other damages arising from torts, breach of contract, or otherwise.

11.3 Release from Liability

The user agrees to release ASH from all liability or damages, fully and completely, that may arise from the user’s use of the services, website, or campaigns.

  1. Duties of Users

12.1 Sponsors set their own terms and conditions for their campaigns, and users agree to accept and be bound by those terms and conditions.

12.2 Users confirm that the information provided during registration and as part of the account under these terms and conditions is true, complete, and accurate. Users agree to promptly notify ASH of any changes to such information to keep their account details up to date.

12.3 Users are responsible for verifying that the rewards, services, or information displayed on the website or service meet their needs and for checking their personal information before redeeming rewards.

12.4 Users agree not to allow others to use the services, applications, websites, or platforms through their accounts, including but not limited to the following:

(1) Sending or receiving media, or allowing others to send or receive media, that is threatening, abusive, obscene, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others, such as court orders, copyright, or privacy rights.

(2) Sending or receiving media, or allowing others to send or receive media, that may cause or incite criminal or civil offenses or violate laws or the rights of others, either domestically or internationally.

(3) Sending or receiving media, or allowing others to send or receive media, that is technically harmful (including computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, corrupt files, or malicious software).

(4) Causing unnecessary inconvenience, annoyance, or distress to others.

(5) Intercepting or attempting to intercept communications via telecommunication systems.

(6) Performing actions beyond the intended use of the website or service.

(7) Using the application, website, platform, or service for fraudulent purposes.

(8) Using the application, website, platform, or service contrary to accepted internet or network practices.

(9) Engaging in actions that incite racial, religious, or minority hatred or significantly affect individuals, groups, or identities.

12.5 The following uses of the service are explicitly prohibited, and users agree not to engage in (or permit others to engage in) such actions:

(1) Attempting to bypass security systems or networks, including accessing information not intended for the user, accessing servers or accounts without explicit permission, or compromising the security of other networks (e.g., running a port scan).

(2) Accessing the service (or website) in a manner that may, or does, place an undue burden on ASH CLUB’s system infrastructure.

(3) Taking actions to monitor networks and intercept information not intended for the user.

(4) Engaging in any illegal activities related to the use of the website and/or service.

(5) Acting in a manner that restricts or impedes other users from enjoying the website and service.

(6) Sending messages that lead others to believe or assume that such messages have been sent or disclosed with the support or consent of ASH.

 

  1. Miscellaneous

13.1 Headings
The headings used in this agreement are for reference purposes only and are not considered a part of these terms and conditions. They do not affect the interpretation of the agreement.

13.2 No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in this agreement can be interpreted to imply that the user is entering into a partnership or agency relationship with ASH in any form. ASH and the user do not have the authority to act on behalf of one another to incur liabilities, costs, or enter into contracts.

13.3 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Both parties agree to submit any disputes arising from this agreement to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

13.4 Communication
If customers have any questions or wish to communicate or submit complaints, they can contact ASH Asia International Co., Ltd. through the following channels:

13.5 Intellectual Property
The content on the website, including data, computer programs, images, graphics, videos, fonts, graphics, music, sounds, and other materials (collectively referred to as "content"), is the property and intellectual property of ASH. Users have no right to reproduce, modify, delete, alter, add, distribute, transmit, participate in the transfer, sell, lease, or adapt any part or all of the content without prior written permission from ASH.

13.6 Ownership and Operations of ASH Asia International
ASH Asia International Co., Ltd. is the owner and operator of the ASH Club application, its systems, and services, which is a legally established entity in Thailand.

By reading and understanding the full content of the agreement (terms and conditions), users agree to be bound by it by clicking "agree" and/or using the ASH Club application.

The user consents to ASH Asia International Co., Ltd., its affiliates, and business partners collecting, using, and disclosing (“processing”) the user's personal data, such as name, surname, telephone number, email, service usage history, stores, and business partners through the ASH Club application to analyze preferences and interests, and for communications, providing information, benefits, promotional offers, advertising, and marketing activities. However, users may withdraw their consent or exercise their rights in accordance with ASH's privacy protection policy by visiting the "Withdraw Consent" menu in the profile section of the ASH Club application.
